You have the option to either upload a roster using Excel or to hand-enter the roster. We recommend uploading the roster. After the roster is uploaded, we will automatically generate usernames and passwords for the student-athletes. You then have the option to print out physical cards with each user's information on it or you can send out an automated email to the team with their user information in the email.

We have lots of different options for adding non-athletes to each roster. We have a separate area for the coaches. You can directly add managers, trainers, etc to the team roster and mark them to be treated differently (i.e. maybe they only get 2 tickets to each game). All of this is included at no extra cost.

Almost certainly, yes! Over the past 15+ years of doing business with hundreds of schools, we have implemented many custom features that help schools tailor the software exactly to what they need.
